跨海來台就醫，只為兌現與丈夫間的承諾！日前，一名來自香港53歲的方小姐，因陪伴先生抗癌，所以，在照顧先生的這段時間，她醫院與家庭兩頭跑，也因此忽略了半年來糞便變細的徵兆，直到先生離開後，開始注意自己的身體變化，也想起先生交代過的話，在加上身邊有許多人不停推薦台灣健康檢查的品質，所以，到了台灣檢查，只是沒想到卻讓她檢查出罹患相當低位的直腸癌。
聽到這樣的噩耗，方小姐心情非常低落難過，但又想到與老公的承諾，她決定接受治療勇敢挑戰癌症，因此，在醫師的建議下，她接受了手術治療，成功將腫瘤切除，並於農曆年前順利出院與家人團圓。
治療低位直腸癌 術後肛門保留恐是挑戰
高雄醫學大學附設醫院胃腸外科王照元醫師表示，方小姐罹患的直腸癌，僅距離肛門口五公分，若以傳統開腹或是腹腔鏡進行手術，手術視野相對不佳，加上器械在狹小的骨盆腔內不易旋轉或彎曲，對肛門保留恐怕會是一大挑戰。
且又加上亞洲人骨盆腔普遍較為狹窄，如果病人BMI值較高，腹腔內脂肪多，採用腹腔鏡，恐會增加許多手術中視野的難度，不過，隨著醫療科技的進步，利用達文西手臂來進行的話，就可避免術中大量失血的風險，也可成功保留住肛門，免除暫時性人工肛門的不便。

乳癌近幾年來始終是我國婦女罹病率第一名的癌症，因此多數的女性已意識到此問題，也願意接受乳房檢查。但因為某些病灶在追蹤期間可能會轉變為惡性，所以切除良性或高危險性腫瘤有時是必須的。只是傳統手術，為了一個小病灶，長留下難看的傷口，對乳房外觀影響大。所以醫師指出，微創手術切除提供了另一解決的方法，利用真空輔助切片針，在超音波導引下進行乳房微創腫瘤切除。
臺北市立聯合醫院仁愛院區乳房外科洪碩徽醫師表示，多位年輕女性良性腫瘤其實是位於內上或外上四分之一的乳房，因腫瘤離乳暈超過5公分，若以傳統手術處理，手術疤痕會影響術後上衣款式的選擇，接受微創手術可避免這類問題。
另外，有些女性在接受自體脂肪移植隆乳後，因脂肪壞死產生乳房腫塊。許多女性很不希望乳房留下疤痕，這時可藉由超音波確認腫塊性質，若為油囊腫可以細針抽吸，如為脂肪球或纖維化組織，則需考慮微創手術切除。
洪碩徽醫師說，乳房微鈣化也可以使用微創手術切除，但如果診斷為癌症高風險病變，還是需要以傳統手術方式進行較大範圍切除。以術後外觀而言，微創手術是一項選擇，但仍需要有良好手術前溝通及病情分析。

These codewords, and the dense language that frequently appears in legal agreements, are symptoms of a system out of whack. It's possible to be precise without being obtuse.
There's actually no legal requirement that an agreement not be in specific, clear, everyday English. To do otherwise disrespects the person you're hoping to engage with. There's no legal requirement that even the terms of service for a website can't be clear and easy to understand. In fact, if the goal is to avoid confusion and the costs of the legal system when conflicts occur, the more clear, the better.
