The IP Code (International Protection Rating) is defined in international standard IEC 60529 and it classifies the degrees of protection provided against the intrusion of solid objects, dust, accidental contact, and water in electrical enclosures. An IP67 rating represents no ingress of dust (a complete protection against contact) and protection against ingress of water when enclosure is immersed in water up to 1 m for a defined period of time. In addition, watertight interface cables can be easily connected between the WStrider-200A embedded system and peripheral devices just like a general PC. This ensures reliable operation in severe conditions.

Furthermore WStrider-200A is capable of taking video input or image from analog camera by its built-in Techwell TW6805, providing upto two channels video capturing. For severe environment with unstable power source, WStrider-200A can take power input from 9VDC to 28VDC.
