IEI Technology Corp., the global industrial PC innovator, introduced an advanced low power consumption Industrial Panel PC, the PPC 37 series, featuring the 3rd generation Intel® Atom™ N2600 processor to provide high performance with reduced power consumption for industrial computing. The PPC 37 series, PPC-3708A-N26, PPC-3710A-N26, PPC-3712A-N26, is available in three sizes, 8.4”, 10.4” and 12.1”. The PPC 37 series uses the high-brightness TFT LCD panel with LED backlight. This new series features the 3rd generation dual-core 1.6 GHz Intel® Atom™ N2600 processor and is pre-installed with a 2 GB 800 MHz DDR3 SO-DIMM to provide high processing speed with low power consumption. The lower CPU utilization enhances stability to extend system lifecycle. IEI PPC 37 series has flexible options for storage and expansion cards. The user can choose from two storage choices, the 2.5” HDD or the mSATA PCIe Mini card. The anti-shock design of the HDD bay enhances HDD reliability and protects it from external shock and vibration. The PCIe Mini interface provides either SATA signals for storage modules (such as mSATA cards) or PCIe signals for PCIe modules (such as Wi-Fi modules). Power supply requirement varies from applications. Incorrect voltage input will damage electronic components thus causes system breakdown. The PPC 37 series offers wide range power input (9-28V DC) which increases system stability and fits different application scenarios, such as automation and vehicle applications. All IEI panel PCs includes IEI One Key Recovery software allowing the users to create a full system backup or restore to a previously made backup image after unexpected system failure. No additional cost is needed for other backup and recovery software. |
